ARE THERE COVID19 SHIPPING DELAYS?
Most Domestic orders are still arriving close to on-time. However, International orders are seeing quite a bit longer delays. Hopefully it will get better in the coming weeks.
HOW DO I KNOW MY CREDIT CARD IS SECURE?
Protecting your credit card information is of the utmost importance to us. Beardologist.com is built on the Shopify platform, which has the highest level of security certification: certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliance. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organizations that handle credit card and debit card information.
Beardologist uses a 256-bit SSL certificate to establish a secure, encrypted connection between your computer and our servers. This connection protects your sensitive data - including content, credit card information, and transaction information — with the same level of security used by banks.
HOW DO I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Once you placed an order on Beardologist.com, you will receive a confirmation email stating that we received your order. If your order was made in error, or you wish to cancel the order, please email us immediately at info@beardologist.com.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email stating that your order is on its way. The email will provide tracking information allowing you to track your order with the carrier.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Beardologist.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Beardologist.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Beardologist.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible and we will work with you to process the cancellation.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Beardologist.com, simply email us at info@beardologist.com within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a refund to the original payment method. We only accept returns and exchanges for products purchased on Beardologist.com.
Important: Returns must contain at least 50% of the original contents. Purchases made in a partnered retail store, must be returned to that partner.
